I find this surgery lacking. The reception staff need to find a smile in their voice and stop sounding bored or making you feel like you are an inconvenience. Some serious customer service training required. The appointment system is a joke.

I rang surgery early and spoke to lady with lovely Scottish accent. She was very professional.and helpful to me. I told her how I was feeling and she listened to me. She suggested I speak to a Nurse who could prescribe and assured me that I was not bothering her and had done the right thing by phoning. I had a call back from nurse who sorted me out with appointment same day. Had my appointment and got given antibiotics. I think the lady on phone was excellent. I didn't want to bother anyone and she was kind to me and helped me. Hope I speak to her next time again.

Very helpful staff on the telephone good access to doctors and nurses and health care for blood tests thoroughly detailed information and discussion over use of medication referrals to specialist when needed and full battery of tests to discover the problem
